The Service Animal Certificate provided by our clinic and signed by our physician will most likely allow you to legally take your animal almost anywhere. The Certification includes an evaluation of the patient to evaluate their particular needs and what specific service the animal provides to the patient that is of value. This could include medical or psychiatric. Once the patient is evaluated by our physician and it is determined that the service animal’s services are of appropriate value to you, you are provided with the appropriate documentation to that effect. This could legally benefit you and your animal and you can register your animal as a Service Animal.
